Conch House Plans for the Future
Happy New Year!!! We are very excited about the upcoming 2008 year. We have been working very hard on our restructuring and development plan for the Conch House. To date our plans are proceeding as expected, and we fully expect to see our plans come to fruition in the very near future. This page will be updated frequently as new developments take place and we reach each milestone on our long term plan.

We are pleased to share with you just a glimpse of our plans for The Conch House Marina Resort. Currently we are still in the very early planning stages of development. Right now, our plans include the development of 33 condominiums and 33 hotel units on the main resort property. We have retained services from The Evans Group and Realvest in Orlando, Florida to assist us with our resort development and marketing plan. The slide show below should give you a good overall idea of our development plan, as well as a conceptual idea of the design. The slides are a very small part of a much larger presentation developed for us by the Realvest and the Evans Group.
